They have Food & Beverage, Pedicure & Manicure, Massage & Spa, Boutiques, Hair Saloon, Facials… etc…… So far i bought 2 sets coupon for Pedicure & Manicure for RM30 each, Honeymoon dessert for RM5 from normal price, and 1 set of Spa & Massage for only RM50. All are separates sites..Those coupons some available in Klang Valley, Ipoh, Johor, Penang…… This also depends certain site have certain site only Klang Valley. Can try check it out.

Once you already make your payment thru online using Credit Card or Online Banking, they will send you an email to notify you have bought those tickets. And Print out the coupon to show to the shop or restaurant that you are going to. Thats it! Easy!

Wondering what is that every women must invest huh!? Well, there are many types women must invest, one of them must have is Facial product. Lately, I feel like changing my facial product from B.liv to Exuviance. I had a friend using Exuviance for years, and her face looks AWESOME!! And one day I asked her what product she is using, and the answer is Exuviance. (FYI, this is not an advert blogpost. I dont get paid to promote them. Its just sharing.)

In the year of 2011, its full of special day & date. January, nothing much.. because i just came back from Bali trip last year 2010 in December. haha… Its not a luxury trip coz we follow the bf’s company trip. So, yea… Kedekut (cheapskate).. Stay at cheap hotel full of mosquitos & aircon is not cold. Not what i expected, but at least i had a wonderful trip. :D

Oh yea, now its already quarter the year of 2011. I had plan for Melbourne Trip around end of July for 11days. Then after that got to be good n stay at home save money for November Trip. Not sure where to go yet (maybe Shanghai). But…. Hopefully can make it. Coz lots of wedding dinner to attend around that month, if not wrong i have 1 dinner to attend on the 12th of November. Sobs…

Currently only can think of those 3 places to go. I never been to Melbourne. So this trip will wait the bf to plan where to bring me go. He used to study & work there.
And he said might plan to go over to Sydney for 3D2N in between Melbourne trip. So will see how it goes.

Acupuncture Treatment

Lately i am busy with my after working appointments with the chinese doctor.
Yes, i am on acupuncture treatment EVERYDAY after work. I got back pain sickness ever since i injured from my company trip in Melaka. Not only my back pain, now my right shoulder felt very tight and stress. Its so painful till i got bad temper. My right hand shoulder will feel pain if i have heavy workloads. But lately not much job. Impossible pain! So, one of my friend suggested me to go for acupuncture. She said its good and at the same time after the acupuncture session, u will feel your skin on your face glow and healthy! Well, i was thinking to get a try on it. This is my first time thou! Scaryyy!!!

Its a lil’ bit pain at first, but at the end you feel nothing. Unless the doctor poke in deeper. LOL….
Everyday RM80 just gone for 20-30mins session! I need to go for treatment at least 15 times. Yesterday was my 3rd time. Another 12 to go.

Have you heard before Acupuncture can help to you to slim down?
(I dare not try on that YET!)

As planned last year 2009, booked ticket to KK on December 2009. Never think i will do this for the sake of doing something new. Hmm…. ever since…..that….day…. i wanted to do lots of new things which i dont like or can say i wont do it…. i dont like sports… hahaha… but i love something excited!!

Well, never really have a good training to go KK. All i do is heading to the gym everyday.. No..its 3 times a week…. sometimes only go for class without any workout…. and only go for running…and once a while do stepping. Hmmm….. That doesnt help huh?! During weekend go Bkt.Gasing hiking. Normally 1 loop per week… but the last week we hike 3 loop… which is so tiring but i guess KK will be double what we did for the 3 loops… haihhz… die la this time…. And then last weekend we went Hiking at Bkt.Nuang. Hmmm… i think its more like jungle tracking….or picnic…. coz there got nice waterfalls… Very adventures but scary.. coz only 4 gals… crazee or not?!

Prepare my my things…. spend alot on buying this and that for hiking… hmmm…… as i think we dont need to buy so many things lo… my coll buy new sandles for hiking cost around rm200 plus… CRAZEE!!! I wont spend on that shoe man… No way! But if ask me buy high heels then no prob with that… LOL~~

Tomorrow its the day!! I am going up to the mountain! Hopefully i can do it!! I shall update once i am back! May god bless!! Bless my leg wont cramp… or else haihz….

The Change

yO!! WasSup pEeps?! LOL~~ Im trying my best to blog because everyone is complaining. hahaha… Seriously i dont even have my time to sit in front of the laptop. From Monday – Friday, working and to the gym. Once a while skip gym for movie or furniture shopping. Talk about furniture shopping.. Hmm… I am greedy or maybe i am too choosy. I wanna get a bedroom set for my new house. But there is too many and NONE of them that i can feel the “click”. So, i need to go for many places to look for the furniture. Haih… My plan was not getting the bedroom set. I plan to get it custom made… too bad.. out of budget!! My mum set me a budget around 4k to get my room furniture. FML Max!!

Another month to go for my KK trip! Hopefully everything will be fine. Remember i went for my company trip and i felt down and hurt my back? Well, it seems like once awhile my back aches. Hopefully on the hiking day at KK wont ache. After Hiking the next day we have Water Rafting. LOL~ Damn adventures & scaryyyy! A lot of things to get prepare. Hiking every weekend at Gasing Hill, PJ. Tuesday & Wednesday runs in the gym. Monday & Thursday got dance class a.k.a Zumba. The trip to KK spends around RM1170 plus rafting and accommodations. Flight ticket around RM300++ What we need to prepare is :-

1) Hiking Bag
2) Water Bag (a water bag with a pipe)
3) Hiking Shoes
4) Head Lamp
5) Gloves
6) Wind Breaker
7) Energy Bar & Power Gel

That is what i can think of at the moment. Those things to bring are not cheap thou. The bag itself already cost few hundred almost 400. Shoes i bought around 200 plus. Wind breaker i borrow from my cousin and its huge.. but who cares… LOL~ I dont want to spend that much for a local trip. And i am happy that i found sponsor for my hiking bag. save money*

I realize time flies that fast. Its April now. Almost reaching the month of June. What am i still doing now? Sitting in front of my office Mac and do nothing. Everyday wait for end of the month sign and get paid. LOL~
